What do Zero Aqua Almond Leaves actually do?
They release tannins and humic acids that mimic natural blackwater habitats. This reduces stress, supports breeding behaviour, and provides mild antibacterial properties — particularly beneficial for Bettas.
Will the Driftwood make my water brown?
New driftwood releases tannins that tint the water a light amber. This is natural and harmless. The driftwood is pre-washed, but a 24-hour soak before use further reduces tinting.
Is the Hobbyist kit good for Betta fish?
