respond to enquiries made through our website, email, or WhatsApp;
prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorised transactions, and security incidents;

12. Contact and grievance redressal
For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, please contact:
Email: aquazero19@gmail.com
We aim to acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and address them within the period required by applicable law.
We use first-party browser storage to understand product views, cart additions, checkout progress and payment outcomes. A random shopping-session identifier expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Analytics records product identifiers, a broad device and traffic-source category, checkout milestones and an association with orders created during that session.
This tracker does not record the names, email addresses, phone numbers or address text entered in checkout. Funnel records are retained for up to 90 days and removed periodically. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences disable this tracking; it is also disabled when browser storage is unavailable.
